Red velvet cupcakes are tasty and easy to prepare. In coming up with an enticing and tasty cupcake, you will need the following ingredients: 60 grams unsalted butter, 150 grams caster sugar, 10 grams cocoa powder, 1 large egg, 120 ml buttermilk, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 20 ml red food coloring, 150 grams plain flour, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon bicarb soda, 1 ½ teaspoon white wine vinegar. For cream cheese frosting, you will need the following ingredients: 125 grams cream cheese, 300 grams icing sugar and 50 grams unsalted butter.
